What to expect
The Equinox is a time of equal day and night. The Spring Equinox is a cosmic "reset button"—a time to shed the heavy coat of winter and step into the light of a new season.
We’ll begin our circle with light somatic movement—gentle stretching, intuitive shaking and swaying designed to release the tension of the day, the week, and the stagnant energy of the winter months. Once our bodies feel open and grounded, we’ll settle onto our mats for a restorative Reiki session.
As you rest under the open sky, you’ll receive healing energy to balance your system and align your intentions with the fertile energy of Spring.
After Reiki, we will transition to Communi-tea, where we will sip on warm tea and find balance between our internal world and connect with members of our community.
