8 - Week Therapeutic Yoga Series
A guided journey to restore balance, mobility, and deep connection through the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles. Each week focuses on a different area of the body and includes grounding meditation and intentional movement. These sessions are formatted weekly so you can revisit each week’s session 2-3 times for best results before moving on to the next session, however, you do have agency over your body and you can move through these sessions however you feel called.
What You’ll Need for the Series
To get the most out of each class, gather a few supportive props and comforts to help you move, rest, and breathe with ease:
Essentials:
• Yoga mat
• 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books)
• 1 bolster (or a long, firm pillow)
• 2 blankets (or large beach towels)
• 1 long strap (preferably one that clasps)
• 2 Yoga Tune Up® balls (or tennis balls)
• 1 sandbag or a small weight (used during the Breath & Integration class)
Optional:
• Eye cover or eye pillow, and an extra blanket for savasana
• Soft, calming music in the background to support relaxation
I am an affiliate for a few of my favorite props and I have some links below if you’d like to purchase some of these for yourself.
Tune Up Fitness- We use the massage Yoga Tune Up Balls in each class to release tension and set the tone for the session.
The Foot Collective- I talk about the toe spreaders and cork domes in the Feet & Balance class. If you use this link, you will receive 10% off your purchase.

Feet & Balance
Our feet are our foundation, they hold us up and support us throughout the day and yet we are so disconnected from this vital part of our bodies. Let’s reconnect!

Jaw, Neck & Shoulders
A clenched jaw often means clenched hips and overall tension. Release tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders and learn how this is connected to the mind body connection.

Breath & Integration
A slow, spacious breath practice that ties everything together. When the diaphragm moves freely, everything follows — creating calm, regulation and deep inner support.
