Spring Equinox Outdoor Sunrise Yoga

What to expect

Join me for an outdoor All-level Spring Equinox Sunrise Yoga Flow.

The Equinox is a day of equal day and night. It marks the beginning of the Spring season. Representing renewal, rebirth, balance, and the return of light after winter's darkness.

This isn’t just a yoga session—it’s a collective pause at the exact moment the seasons shift.

The Spring Equinox occurs at 7:46AM, right in the heart of our practice. We will honor this transition with a flow designed to shake off winter stagnation and plant seeds with our spring intentions.
