What to Expect?
Initial Meeting - The Discovery Call (20 min | Online):
We’ll meet online to discuss your concerns on the intake form, and do some self-assessments. Then I will explain my process and we will come up with a plan together to help you get the most of your investment. No huge upfront commitment—just a clear starting point.
Follow-up Option 1 - 60-Min Sessions (In-Person or Online):
For weekly or bi-weekly deep dives. Like physical therapy, this includes homework for you to do on your own in between sessions, because unfortunately, for the most part, it is not a one-and-done-and-you're-fixed type of thing. But wouldn't that be nice if it were!
Follow-up Option 2 - Twice Weekly Guided Sessions (30-min | Online):
One of the biggest hurdles is actually findingthe time to do the "homework" on top of everything else you have on your to-do list. In these sessions, we meet twice a week and I virtually guide you through your assignments in real-time. It saves you money and time, and removes the pressure of having to figure it out on your own. Who else will offer to hold your hand like this? :)
No “yoga” experience needed. This is a holistic approach to pelvic floor health, incorporating yogic practices like breath (pranayama), mindfulness/meditation, and physical poses/stretches (asana).
