Whether it’s a mindfulness and movement nature walk, forest bathing, reiki circle, or a transformative yoga workshop, each experience is designed to blend powerful modalities that restore balance and help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Let’s move, breathe, and grow together in harmony with nature.

Public Classes

Mystic Flora Apothecary Belmont
  • All genders, bodies and levels welcome!

The Body Lab is a weekly movement class designed to support functional mobility, breath, and pelvic alignment through a mindful, therapeutic approach.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body — from hips and glutes to breath, shoulders, feet, and beyond — creating a holistic and sustainable foundation for movement.

    No "yoga" experience needed.

    Please bring a yoga mat.

I honor your time and mine. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24hrs.

Please plan to arrive and settle in 15 minutes before class begins. As we’re meeting outside of regular business hours, doors will lock promptly at 9:00 AM.

    Sundays, 9:00-10:15AM

Next, we proceed to exercises that lengthen and build strength/stability in the muscles associated with these areas. This class will highlight the pelvic floor’s connection to the mind and body. Beginners welcome.
