The Body Lab is a weekly movement class designed to support functional mobility, breath, and pelvic alignment through a mindful, therapeutic approach.
Each week focuses on a different area of the body — from hips and glutes to breath, shoulders, feet, and beyond — creating a holistic and sustainable foundation for movement.
No "yoga" experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat.
I honor your time and mine. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24hrs.
Please plan to arrive and settle in 15 minutes before class begins. As we’re meeting outside of regular business hours, doors will lock promptly at 9:00 AM.

A non-flow class that focuses on alleviating common pain and discomfort in the hips, lower back, and pelvic floor. We’ll begin each session by re-connecting with our breath. Next, we proceed to exercises that lengthen and build strength/stability in the muscles associated with these areas. This class will highlight the pelvic floor’s connection to the mind and body. Beginners welcome.

Explore a thoughtfully sequenced 8-week journey designed to restore balance, mobility, and connection throughout your whole body. Each session focuses on a different area of the body, showing how your breath, hips, core, spine and nervous system all influence and support pelvic floor function. Every class stands on its own, yet moving through them in order creates a natural, supportive flow. This series is structured so you can revisit each session 2-3 times before moving onto the next.

Mobilize deep hip rotators that directly influence pelvic alignment and pelvic floor balance. Expect to move the body in ways it is not used to, and to of course have fun doing so! Video length- 1:11:44
Gently unwind and strengthen the psoas -- your fight or flight muscle -- to relax the pelvic floor and regulate the nervous system. Video length- 1:11:22
Our glutes love to check out — and when they do, the pelvic floor and other muscles (like the hamstrings and low back) pick up the slack. Let’s make them re-sign their job description! Video length- 1:20:05
Lengthen and strengthen the back body to reduce tension/strain and improve posture. Video length- 1:15:00
Our feet are our foundation. They hold us up and support us throughout the day and yet we are so disconnected from this vital part of our bodies. Let's reconnect! Video length- 1:18:37
A clenched jaw often means clenched hips and overall tension. Release tension in the jaw, neck & shoulders and learn how this relates to the mind/body connection. Video length- 1:15:02
Our breath is our prana, our life force… and the way we breathe (or don't breathe) shapes how we feel, how we move, and how our entire body responds to the world around us. Video length- 1:15:28
