This calming, restorative class combines guided meditation with the gentle energy healing of Reiki to support balance, clarity, and inner peace. You’ll be guided through a meditation practice to quiet the mind and open the heart, while Reiki — a Japanese healing technique using light touch or hands held just above the body — works to clear energetic blockages and restore harmony to your system.
We open with guided meditation, then move into group Reiki.
Bring an object to place on your mat (a crystal, a photo, a piece of jewelry or anything that represents what you’re nurturing during this transition) and we’ll infuse it with Reiki energy alongside you.
No experience is needed; simply come as you are and receive. Leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply renewed.
